We recommend booking 1–3 days in advance for standard shoots. Same-day and next-day slots are often available — call us directly for urgent requests. Busy seasons (spring and fall) book faster, so earlier is always better.
We monitor weather closely and will proactively reach out if conditions may affect your shoot. We offer free rescheduling for weather-related cancellations. We also include sky replacement on all exterior photos at no additional charge.
All deliverables are sent via a private, branded online gallery link. From there you can view, download full-resolution files, and share directly with clients or upload to your MLS. Galleries are hosted for 6 months at no cost.
Yes — we travel for the right project. A travel fee applies for properties beyond our standard service radius. See our Service Area for the full coverage map, or contact us with your location and we’ll provide a complete quote including any travel costs.
Declutter all visible surfaces, remove personal items, turn on all lights, open all blinds, hide trash cans and personal vehicles, and make beds. We provide a full preparation checklist with every booking confirmation email.
